You must be at least 18 years of age in order to be eligible to receive a cosmetic tattoo service.

A non- expired government issued photo ID is required in order to go forward with any tattoo in the state of Minnesota. This photo ID must be physically present at the time of your appointment. (i.e. valid state drivers license, passport or passport card, expired or punched state drivers license with the temporary papers, military ID)

Any appointment that arrives more than 15 minutes late will be accommodated on a case by case basis. You may be required to reschedule.

Rescheduled appointments and cancellations must be done with at least 48 hours notice. Without 48 hours notice or more, the client will be charged half the cost of the service to the card on file. No call, no show appointments will be charged the full cost of the service to the card on file.

Client’s with previous work are eligible for services with Emily on a case by case basis. If you have previous work and are interested in the possibility of working with Emily, please email an inquiry with photos to pante011@gmail.com or schedule an in person consultation.

Scheduling fees are non refundable. If you schedule an appointment and choose not to go forward with it, your fee will be forfeited. If you choose not to cancel your appointment but instead reschedule it, your scheduling fee will be honored for the future appointment.
